Believe it or not I have spent many moons dealing with a sinus infection and wondering why on earth I couldn’t get rid of it. Only those who have experienced one could know how miserable that is. I finally discovered the cause – a fistula – an apparently rare, unnatural passage between a cavity in the body (sinus) and the outside of the body (mouth). This was fixed by a plastic surgeon about 10 days ago. And the sinusitis is gone! What a crazy time it’s been! I feel great of course and I can now get on with my life!
